We offer shipping across Canada and local pick-up options in the Lower Mainland. Please allow 2–3 weeks for order preparation and delivery. For shipments outside Canada, kindly reach out to us for a custom quote.

A flat shipping fee of $35 applies to all unframed prints.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, please contact UPS to file a report first, then get in touch with us at support@jenzelvelo.co so we can help follow up on our end.

With every order placed, 10% of the proceeds are donated to the Jane Goodall Institute. Each print is thoughtfully made to order just for you, helping to reduce waste while ensuring the highest quality. Because of this personalized process, all sales are final and exchanges are not allowed.
